A new king mattress company says it will bring its popular king bed to a market where it has never before been sold.
King, founded in 2006, was the first mattress company to make a $10,000 donation to a child’s hospital.
It became the first to raise $100 million in a single day.
But with a $100,000 price tag, it is unlikely that King would be able to attract the same kind of money it did when it made its $5,000 contribution to the Cleveland Clinic in 2012.
King, which recently raised $1.6 billion, said it is looking for an investor.
The company also said it will be selling its King M3 mattress in a few months.
King said the mattress company has received a number of inquiries about its $10 million contribution, but said it has no plans to raise more money.
The $10 donation was made to help establish King Medical Center, which is undergoing a $25 million expansion.
King has raised $100 billion in the past decade and is expected to reach $100.5 billion by 2025.
It has raised more than $3 billion in total.
